My name is Saqib Javaid. I’m a developer. And I love free games.
Not the kind where you have to pay to win. Not the kind that make you watch a 30-second ad before every single level. Just games you can open in your browser, start playing in two seconds, and actually enjoy — without anyone asking for your credit card or your email address.
That’s why I built this site.
How It Started
A while back, I was looking for a good basketball game to play online. Simple request, right?
It was not simple at all.
I kept landing on sites that were slow, covered in ads, broken on mobile, or asking me to create an account just to play a five-minute browser game. I just wanted to shoot some hoops. I didn’t want to sign up for anything.
So I thought: I know how to build websites. Why don’t I just make the one I actually want to use?
That’s how Basketball Games Hub started. One developer, one idea, one weekend of building.
What the Site Became
It started as a basketball games collection. Then players started asking for other kinds of games too — racing games, IO games, puzzle games, action games. And I kept adding them.
Today the site has hundreds of games across almost every category. But the original rule has never changed:
Every game is free. No login. No download. Works in your browser.
I check every game before it goes on the site. If it crashes on mobile, it doesn’t make it. If the controls feel bad, it doesn’t make it. If the game is fun and works well, it gets added — and it gets a proper guide so you actually know how to play it.
Who Is This Site For?
Honestly? Anyone who just wants to play something good without any of the usual hassle.
A lot of players here are students. Some play during lunch break. Some find games here that work on school Chromebooks. Some just want something fun after homework.
That matters to me. I built this site to be the kind of place I wished existed when I was younger — where you could find a great game in about ten seconds and just start playing.
A Note About Ads
The site does run ads to cover the cost of running it. That’s how I keep everything free. But there are no forced video ads before games start, and no pop-ups that block your screen. I hate those as much as you do.
